GoKong Casino: Australia’s Official Online Casino

Why Choose GoKong

GoKong is an online casino built to suit the way Australians play. The library holds over 3,000 titles spanning high-volatility pokies, progressive jackpot slots, live dealer tables and game shows, all delivered in AUD without conversion. The platform is operated by Dreamline Ventures under a B2C Remote Gaming Licence from the Tobique Gaming Commission, and every session runs over an SSL-encrypted connection. New members can claim a 100% deposit match up to $750 plus 200 free spins on Pragmatic Play pokies, and a sportsbook with live betting sits in the same account as the casino.

The mobile experience mirrors the desktop version completely, so players moving between devices lose nothing in terms of game range or cashier access. Support is available 24 hours a day via live chat, with the team staffed across Australian time zones and average response times under 3 minutes.

Games at Go Kong

GoKong’s catalogue is anchored by its pokies range, which reaches into the thousands and spans every style from classic three-reel formats to modern Megaways and hold and win pokies.

Pokies

The lobby lists new releases and a popular row that refreshes as players move through the catalogue, with hold and win titles such as Hot Step 2 Extreme, Thunderline Express and Canyon Cart Bonanza sitting alongside fishing and Wild West themes. Pragmatic Play titles dominate the most-played section, with Gates of Olympus (RTP 96.5%), Sweet Bonanza (RTP 96.5%) and Wolf Gold (RTP 96.0%) consistently at the top. NetEnt contributes Starburst (RTP 96.1%) and Gonzo’s Quest (RTP 95.97%), while Big Time Gaming’s Bonanza Megaways (RTP 96.0%) and Play’n GO’s Book of Dead (RTP 96.21%) round out the high-RTP picks. All pokies are available in demo mode before any real-money commitment.

Table Games

Classic table games including roulette, blackjack, baccarat and casino hold’em are available both in standard digital format and as live dealer versions. Betting limits span a wide range to accommodate both recreational budgets and larger stakes.

Jackpot Games

Microgaming’s Mega Moolah, one of the most widely played progressive jackpot pokies, sits within the GoKong library alongside several other titles with pooled prize funds that grow across every bet placed. A dedicated jackpots tab in the main menu collects them in one place.

Game Shows

The game shows tab holds 39 titles, including Money Time, Adventures Beyond Wonderland, Land of Ra, Gravity Wheel, Candy Wheel and Mega Wheel. Each one wraps a live host, a bonus wheel and multipliers into a single round. How to redeem the code is explained on our Promo Code page.

Customer Support

GoKong provides 24/7 live chat accessible directly from the website interface, with the team staffed to cover Australian time zones around the clock.

Communication Channels

Live chat connects players to a support agent in under 3 minutes on average. Email inquiries are handled at [email protected], with responses typically returned within 24 hours. The team covers account registration, payment queries, bonus activation and technical issues.

Operating Hours

Support operates continuously with no overnight gaps, so players in Western Australia (AWST), across the eastern states (AEST) and during daylight saving periods (AEDT) all reach the same round-the-clock team.

Mobile Version

GoKong runs fully in the mobile browser on both Android and iOS, bringing the complete game library, sportsbook, cashier and live chat into a phone or tablet without requiring a download. The layout adapts to any screen size, with new releases, sports and popular pokies stacked in swipeable rows.

Payment Methods

GoKong accounts are denominated in AUD, which means deposits and withdrawals are processed in Australian dollars throughout with no intermediate currency conversion.

Deposits

Accepted deposit methods include Visa, Mastercard, Neosurf vouchers, Skrill, Neteller, bank transfer, Bitcoin, Ethereum and Tether. Neosurf is particularly practical for Australian players who prefer a prepaid voucher approach with no bank details shared online.

Withdrawals and Processing Times

Limits and Currencies

All amounts at Go Kong are in AUD. Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds vary by method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction. AUD is the native account currency, so players never encounter conversion markups on their balance.

Live Casino

Go Kong’s live casino section streams real-time tables from purpose-built studios with professional dealers, and its top row alone lists 171 live titles across roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker and game shows.

Baccarat

The baccarat and dice row holds 104 titles. Speed Baccarat and Mega Baccarat run fast rounds for players who like tempo, Gold Saloon Baccarat and the Tao Yuan tables suit a slower pace, and Gravity Sic Bo covers the dice side with multipliers up to x1000.

Roulette

Roulette is the deepest live category with 176 tables. Speed Roulette, Mega Roulette with multipliers of up to 500x, Mega Fire Blaze Roulette Live, Gates of Olympus Roulette and 500x Vegas Roulette give players plenty of variance to choose from, next to standard European formats.

Blackjack

Blackjack is the largest live section with 358 tables, from Ruby Blackjack and Gold Saloon Blackjack to Mega Fire Blaze Blackjack Live, Gravity Blackjack and VIP Blackjack rooms for higher stakes. Seat counters on each tile show which tables have room before you join.

Poker

Live poker has its own tab in the live casino menu, separate from roulette, blackjack and baccarat, so players can jump straight to hold’em style tables without scrolling through the wider lobby.

Sports Betting

GoKong runs a full sportsbook inside the same account as the casino, with pre-match markets, live betting and virtual sports one click from the main menu. Sports come with their own first deposit offer of 100% up to $150, and new players can pick it during sign-up instead of the casino package. 18+ only. Gamble responsibly.

The football section is the busiest, covering the UEFA Champions League, Europa League, Conference League, Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga and Ligue 1, and each fixture lists Money Line, Totals and Both Teams to Score prices. Beyond football the sports bar lists basketball, tennis, table tennis, ice hockey, volleyball, handball, baseball, cricket, American football, snooker and rugby, plus NFL and MLB coverage. Boosted odds appear at the top of the page, a bet slip and a booking code checker sit on the right, and the in-play tab filters to events that are already running.

Bonuses and Promotions

GoKong welcomes new Australian players with a 100% first-deposit match up to $750 plus 200 free spins on selected Pragmatic Play pokies. The promotions page also lists a sports first deposit bonus of 100% up to $150, two crypto welcome offers, a weekly reload of 50 free spins and a competition with a $525,000 prize pool, while challenges, tournaments and VIP levels sit in the main menu. Full wagering conditions and eligibility rules are under Bonus. 18+ only. Gamble responsibly.

Registration and Login

Opening a GoKong account takes a few minutes and happens in two steps. The first step asks for an email address and a password, plus a tick to confirm you are 18 or over and accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Notice, and a dropdown at the top lets you keep the casino welcome bonus selected before you continue. Once an account is active, the same credentials log the player in from any device, and the dashboard shows bonus balances, transaction history and account settings in one place.

Licence and Safety

Gaming Licence

GoKong is licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission under a B2C Remote Gaming Licence held by operator Dreamline Ventures. The Tobique Gaming Commission is an independent regulatory body that enforces anti-money-laundering compliance and responsible gambling standards on its licensees. This is an offshore licence and does not constitute authorisation under Australian domestic gambling law.

Data Protection

All player data and financial transactions are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. Account passwords are stored using cryptographic hashing, and the platform’s payment integrations use tokenisation to avoid storing raw card details.

Responsible Gaming

GoKong provides deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options through the account settings panel. Players who believe they may be experiencing gambling-related harm are encouraged to use these tools or contact a support professional.

Game Providers

GoKong’s software catalogue draws from a roster of internationally recognised studios. Pragmatic Play contributes an extensive range of video pokies and live dealer products. Evolution Gaming powers part of the live casino section alongside Pragmatic Play Live. NetEnt provides high-RTP pokies with established international track records, while Big Time Gaming’s Megaways engine underpins a substantial segment of the high-variance pokie range. Play’n GO, Microgaming, Betsoft Gaming and NextGen Gaming fill out the catalogue across multiple game styles and volatility levels, giving Australian players meaningful variety across every category.
