Welcome Bonus

The GoKong welcome offer is a first-deposit match bonus aimed at new Australian players. A minimum deposit of $20 triggers the match, which credits a 100% bonus up to a ceiling of $750 alongside 200 free spins allocated to selected Pragmatic Play pokies.

Eligibility and Activation Conditions

The welcome bonus is open to players who have completed account registration and are making their first real-money deposit. The bonus is available once per player, per household and per payment method. Players who have previously held a GoKong account in any form are not eligible.

Wager

The 35x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only, not to the combined deposit and bonus total. A player who deposits $200 and receives a $200 bonus must complete $7,000 in qualifying bets before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. The free spin winnings are subject to the same 35x multiplier applied to those winnings separately.

Which Games

Pokies from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Big Time Gaming and other catalogue providers contribute 100% towards the wagering requirement. Live casino tables, including Speed Roulette, Mega Roulette and Speed Baccarat, and standard table game variants contribute at a reduced rate or are excluded entirely. The precise game weighting list is available in the full terms and conditions within your account. 18+ only. Gamble responsibly.

How to Activate the Bonus Step by Step

Activating the GoKong welcome bonus starts in the registration form, where a Casino Welcome bonus dropdown at the top shows 100% up to $750 + 200 FS for the casino package. Create your account with an email and password, confirm that you are 18 or over and accept the Terms & Conditions, then continue to the second step. Open the cashier, choose a deposit method such as Visa, Mastercard or Neosurf, and deposit at least $20. The 100% match and the 200 free spins are credited to your account, with the free spins available on the designated Pragmatic Play pokies and the bonus balance shown alongside your real-money balance in the account dashboard.

For day-to-day bonus tracking and to understand how much wagering remains, use the bonus progress indicator in the account settings panel. If you need to pick your device first, the GoKong app page explains how to play on a phone.

Loyalty Bonuses

GoKong rewards continued play through the offers listed outside the welcome package, plus the challenges, tournaments and shop entries in the main menu.

Weekly and Monthly Promotions

The weekly reload gives active players 50 free spins each week. The specific terms for each period are published on the promotions page and communicated by email. The Win $525,000 competition sits under the Specials filter and is the largest prize pool on the page.

Tournaments and Challenges

Challenges and Tournaments have their own entries in the main menu, separate from the promotions page. They run alongside the reload and competition offers and are a route to extra prizes for players who already spend time in the pokies and live casino lobbies.

Reload Bonuses

Reload offers are tied to the weekly free spins and are sometimes linked to specific game categories, such as a pokie-only round. These are announced on the promotions page and through account-holder email communications. 18+ only. Gamble responsibly.

Terms and Conditions

How Wagering Works

Wagering requirements represent the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn. GoKong applies a 35x multiplier to the bonus amount. This means every dollar of bonus credit must generate $35 in total bets across qualifying games before a withdrawal request for those funds is accepted. Wagering progress is visible in the account bonus tracker in real time.

Max Bonus Withdrawal

The maximum amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winnings is capped and detailed in the full terms and conditions within your account. Players are advised to check this cap before activating any bonus, particularly on the sports and crypto offers where the cap may differ from the welcome package.

Validity Period

The welcome bonus and its free spins expire 14 days after activation. Any unwagered bonus balance and winnings attributable to it are removed from the account automatically once the validity period ends. Validity for the sports, crypto and weekly reload offers is shown on each promotion page.

Excluded Games

Live casino games, including Speed Roulette, Mega Roulette, Money Time and Speed Baccarat, are excluded from or contribute at a reduced rate to wagering requirements. Table games including standard roulette, blackjack and baccarat are similarly weighted below 100%. Only pokies from the main library contribute at the full 100% rate, making them the most efficient route for clearing a wagering obligation.

VIP Programme

GoKong’s VIP programme is a tiered system listed as VIP Levels in the main menu, and it rewards players based on cumulative deposit and wagering volume. Progression through the tiers happens automatically, with the platform tracking activity and upgrading accounts without requiring a separate application. Each tier above the entry level brings incremental benefits: a higher weekly withdrawal limit, priority live chat access and, at senior tiers, a personal account manager who handles bonus requests and account queries directly.

VIP members also receive access to exclusive reload promotions not available to standard account holders and are the first to receive information about new game launches and limited-time bonus offers. 18+ only. Gamble responsibly.
