GoKong Pokies: New Releases, a Popular Row and Hold and Win Themes
The Pokies Offer at a Glance
The GoKong lobby lists new releases and a popular row that refreshes as players move through the catalogue, with hold and win titles such as Hot Step 2 Extreme, Thunderline Express and Canyon Cart Bonanza sitting alongside fishing and Wild West themes. Pragmatic Play titles dominate the most-played section, with Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza and Wolf Gold consistently at the top. NetEnt contributes Starburst and Gonzo’s Quest, and Bonanza Megaways from Big Time Gaming brings the Megaways mechanic. Open your account through the Login page. This page is for players aged 18 and over.

Following the Popular Row
The popular row changes as players move through the lobby, so it reflects what is being played now and not a fixed list. That is useful for finding a game other people enjoy, but it says nothing about the odds. Check the stated RTP and volatility of anything you open from it, and use the new releases row sparingly, because a fresh title has no track record for you yet.
Jackpot Pokies
Hold and win titles and progressive pokies share the lobby. A top prize is very unlikely in a single session, so keep the stake at an entertainment level. Live dealer tables and AUD banking via Neosurf run in the same account.
Welcome Bonus and Free Spins
The welcome bonus is 100% up to $750. The code GOKONG100 and its steps are on the Promo Code page. 18+ only. The operator is Dreamline Ventures, licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission. The terms are on the Bonus page.
| Item | Detail |

| Match | 100% up to $750 |

A single 100% match is easier to follow than a multi-stage package. Decide the deposit you are comfortable with first, then check the wagering on the bonus, and only then claim it.
RTP and Volatility Explained
| Value | Explanation | Practical tip |
|---|---|---|
| RTP | share of stakes returned over the long run | read the value on the game info |
| Low volatility | frequent small wins | suits long sessions |
| High volatility | rare large wins | needs a bigger cushion |
RTP is a long-run average across a huge number of spins and is not a forecast for one evening. On high-volatility pokies wins stay away for long stretches but arrive larger. Each studio sets its own figure, which you can find in the game information.
How to Start a Pokies Session
Start by choosing a game and checking the key details in its info screen, mainly RTP, volatility and features. Next, set the stake and spin. Estimate how many spins you can afford, and finish the session when the budget is reached. Promotional free spins apply to one specific title and have a deadline.
Live Casino and Support
Support is staffed around the clock across Australian time zones. Write to [email protected] for help. Notes on mobile play are on the App page.
Choosing the Right Pokie
When choosing a pokie, think about how you like to play. Frequent small wins keep a bankroll alive longer, rare big hits need patience and deeper pockets. Read the information window, try a demo round if one exists, and compare RTP between similar games before committing real money.
Pokie Features Explained
Megaways means the number of symbols per reel changes on every spin, which creates up to 117,649 ways to win. Cluster Pays rewards groups of matching symbols instead of paylines. In Hold and Win, money symbols lock in place while respins add more. Bonus Buy sells direct entry to the bonus round at a multiple of your bet.
Pace and Budget
The pace of play strongly affects how fast a budget is used. Quick rounds with autoplay and high volatility can empty a balance in minutes, while slower titles with frequent small wins last longer. Divide your budget into smaller parts and choose a bet that carries you through your planned number of spins.
Planning Your Sessions
A short written plan beats good intentions. Most regrets come from the extra half hour, not from the first one. When a session drifts from the plan, close the lobby and come back another day. Note the stake you will use, the number of spins you can afford and the time you will stop, then keep the note open while you play.
Responsible Gambling
Plan your budget before playing and end the session once the time or amount is reached. Set limits in your account. Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858 offers advice, and the house edge always remains. Borrowed money and trying to win losses back have no place in the game.
Licence
GoKong holds a B2C Remote Gaming Licence issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission, operated by Dreamline Ventures.
